ABU TALIB told them to leave 'AQIL with him and to take the
rest.'AQIL was very witty and jovial , so ABU TALIB could not live apart from him and kept him for himself. ABBAS took TALIB; HAMZIH recived ja'far and the HOLY PROPHET chose ALI. Then the HOLY PROPHET toldthem, "i hav selected a person who has been chosen for me by GOD. " thus ALI was brought up in the lap of the most honorable MESSENGER OF GOD from the age of six. The HOLY PROPHET'S good deeds and kindnesses rendered to ALI and the attention paid to ALI'S education was a recompensation and the attention paid to the PROPHET by ABU TALIB. ALI'S father ,because, when ABDUL-MUTALLAB, the grandfather of the HOLY PROPHET was dying ,he left MUHAMMED, peace and the mercy of GOD be upon him and his descendents,who was a boy of nine, in care of ABU TALIB.

This corresponds exactly with the saying of AMIR-UL-MUMININ himself when he said,"i came to the threshold of GOD seven years ago when not a single member of the islamic nation worshipped HIM." HE asked, "for seven years i heard the voice of the angel of revelation and i saw the light of GOD. During that period, GOD'S MESSENGER was silient aboutdeclaring his mission as PROPHET. GOD had not permitted him to propagate his message and warm people about disobeying the divine commands."as it has been written that ALI was six years old when he was placed in the care of the PROPHET and thirteen years old when the HOLY PROPHET declared his mission , it can be deduced that he had been worshipping GOD seven years before any other muslim male had.The worship of a six-year old body is accepted if he can distinguish good from evil. ALI'S worship was accepted especially due to the fact that the worship of children at that early age respresented the glorification and respect for GOD , the almighty , sub mission to him and paying homagetovthe symbols and manifestions of the divine glory. such an understanding can be easily observed in intelligent and talented children.this is the best proof of the incomparable genius. the extreme intelligence and the extroridanry talent of our worthy leader who, asd a result of his innate competence and good heritage , vwas able to acquaint himself with the divine revelations and belive in the right religion at that early age. The commender of the faithful was assassinated on the eve of the 21ST day of RAMADHAN in the fortieth year of the hijrra , the year of the HOLY PROPHET'S migration from MECCA to MEDINA. he was buried in the sacred city of NAJAF.
